How is this different from therapy?+
Therapy often helps you understand why. This helps you move. We work with your body and nervous system, not just your thoughts — so action stops feeling impossible.
I don't fully know what my block is. Should I still book?+
Yes. Most women don't. The vague, stuck, 'I know but I can't' feeling is exactly what we work with.
Is the call a sales pitch?+
No. It's a real conversation. If we're a fit, I'll tell you which container makes sense. If we're not, I'll say that too.
How soon can I start?+
